Medical history and physical examination with new patients. Discussion of weight loss goals and education on Semaglutide vs Tirzepatide. Monthly subscription comes with medication, all equipment needed, shipping/handling, first injection (options for further injection appointments if wanted) and bi-weekly virtual check-ups to monitor and adjust dosing as needed. If you’ve been considering this option, we’re happy to coach you through it.
